The lease begins on the date the tarp is installed and may remain in place for one calendar year. Removal is to occur on or before expiration.
Tarps are installed exclusively by the Lessor. Routine maintenance, seasonal adjustments, and standard upkeep are performed by the Lessor.
Lessee agrees not to remove, reposition, modify, or alter the tarp, add attachments or patches, or interfere with anchoring and tensioning.
Promptly notify the Lessor of issues including loosening, pooling, or potential wind damage.
Normal wear and tear is distinguished from damage caused by improper use, equipment, livestock, sharp objects, chemicals, negligence, or intentional misuse.
The Lessee assumes the risk of loss, theft, or destruction during the lease term, subject to the complete agreement.
